Case study 1:
"Native logistics is a VAT registered company in Namibia. Its headquarters are in Namibia's
capital city Windhoek where sales, purchasing and manufacturing activities are managed. The
company is run by four managers, 2 production engineers and currently employs more than
30 Namibians. Its operations span five departments: logistics and international sales, accounts
and finance, sales and marketing, production and administration. The company's main
production facility is in Ondangwa Namibia north, where it manufactures products for both
the domestic as well as exports to SADC countries. Native Logistics procures the various raw
materials from both local and international vendors such as China and Brazil."
