e} Factors affecting the choice of materials for a roof structure include the type of roof required
and the costs involved. Briefly explain these two factors.

f) Erf 865 was inspected by a property valuer on the 20th of December 2020. Below are the
images taken during the initial physical inspection. All the work seems to be progressing well
and meet the bank's minimum requirements in terms of workmanship.
