Carefully read the scenario below and answer the questions that follow:

"Following depleted stocks of bicycleframes, Zambikes bought and received FOUR(4) bicycle frames
from a local bicycle supplier on the 1st of August 2021. Each frame was bought at a price of N$70.
After several stock movements, there were only two bicycle frames left in stock on the 10th of October
2021. Eight more bicycle frames were bought and delivered on the 18th of October 2021 from the same
supplier at a new price of N$90 each. All the materials at Zimbikes are captured in the SAP ERPsystem.
You are told that the SAP ERPsystem uses "Moving Average Price" to compute the value of items in
stock.
Using information provided in the above scenario. Compute the value of EACHbicycle frame on the
18th of October 2021.
