a) Using examples, differentiate between "Systems/Systemic/Holistic" thinking and
"Un-systemic/Traditional" thinking.

b) Discuss the concept of General Systems Theory? In your answer indicate how this
· concept is relevant to the organisation structure and performance. (15 marks)

a) What is a "learning organisation"?

b) A typical learning organisation can be identified with at least 12 unique
characteristics. Describe at least any five of these characteristics and indicate how
they could contribute to organisational sustainability.
