Explain five Characteristics of Good Governance and their importance in the improvement of
Namibian sporting organisations.

Assume you are a sport governance expert and you have been requested to educate sport
administrators of different spmi organizations on governance functions.
Task:
a. Design a brief presentation where you analyse the conditions under which the
following board models work well and when you need to consider changing the board
model:
