The Namibia University of Science and Technology run a mixed-based business
incubator. The incubator has very limited physical space available and a none-
functional pool of experts. The new budget comes with substantial funding
allocation towards business incubation and you are required to redesign this
incubator programme in order to make it more relevant and of value to its client.

Having first identified the under-represented communities in O'Brien et al {2019),
as part of its third mission, how could the Namibia University of Science and
Technology's entrepreneurial ecosystem as partially addressed in question 1
contribute to eliminating the barriers that prevent previously disadvantaged
