a) The Namibia National Land Policy (1998) states that town planning will address the interests of
the poor. Critically reflect on this statement in relation to the spatial planning issues identified in
the said policy that need attention in development policy.

of Growth in Frontiers in Development Policy, 2011). Explain the policy recommendations under
