Unfortunately, many of the roads and bridges collapsed due to many factors such as agin'g
amongst others. The bridge between Rehoboth and Windhoek was one of the bridges that
has succumbed to these heavy rainfalls. The German Government through bilateral
programs have availed technical and financial assistance amounting to N$ 3 million to
construct a temporary road for commuters between Rehoboth and Windhoek as well as the
re-construction of the bridge. You have been selected as a project manager to ·oversee this
project and the Honourable Veikko Nekundi has duly requested you to identify the
Enterprise Environmental Factors and Organizational Process Assets as well as how they
