A sociological theory is a set of ideas used to explain how the society function. As such, there
are several theories explaining how the society functions. Discuss the perspective of
functionalism on the society. In addition, discuss the applicability of this theory to your society.

differentiate between these phases taking into account their respective agents of socialisation.

In August 2021, landless residents of Otjomuise informal settlement in Windhoek attempted to
grab land illegal. The issue of illegally land occupation is causing problems with many local
authorities in Namibia as many people are flocking to urban areas from rural areas in search for
better life opportunities. With reference to any local authority in Namibia, discussthis process.
Further, analyse the challenges it brings and recommend measures that can be taken to address

According to OpenStax College (2013, p.213), 11prejudice refers to beliefs, thoughts, feelings,
and attitudes that someone holds about a group. A prejudice is not based on experience;
instead, it is a prejudgment, originating outside of actual experience". Theories were developed
to understand reasons as to why people prejudice. Based on the above, answer the following
