at preventing the spread of COVD-19 in the town of Oshikango.

years. Write a synopsis of how you will incorporate the elements Harambee Prosperity Plan
into your business operations. Illustrate your answer by means of practical examples from
the business environment.

You work as a project officer at Hangula Health Analytics. The quarterly report is due in 2 days'
time according to your implementation plan. However, the CEO, Mr. David requested you to
write a report, explaining why an 'important' client is unhappy about a specific service that was
provided by your subordinate. This report is due by close of business (COB). Around the same
time the HR manager, Ms. Kaura approached you to give input to the generic staff performance
review report which is due at 15h00 the same day. In addition, Mr. Nangolo, your operations
manager, wants the spreadsheet with all the sales and profit figures for that month the following
morning.
3.1 How will you solve this problem so that none of the executives are disappointed?

4.1 List 3 commonalities of the results framework and the basic logic model.

4.2 The Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST) would like to inform you that it has
a presumptive case of COVID-19 involving a student who is currently in isolation. The student
shares an office with a colleague who was in contact with an individual that tested positive for
COVID-19. The student's colleague is also in quarantine and waiting for results after being tested
for COVID-19. In addition, the Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Naomab requested you as a senior health
programme administrator to assist with the development of a basic logic model for the COVID-
19 response team at NUST. Illustrate with practical examples to the COVID-19 health response
team the different components of a basic logic model.
