2.1 A patient is admitted with Pneumonia and Acute Hypoxic Respiratory Failure. On day
three, the patient worsens and becomes hypotensive with fever and Tachycardia
and is diagnosed with Sepsis, septic shock, and Acute Renal Failure. On the discharge
discharge summary, Pneumonia is documented as the principal diagnosis
