Establishing effective and inclusive public private partnerships take time, and it is important to
have the right framework from the start and review the structure and process on an ongoing
basis to measure its success and failure.
Analyse the aspects to be considered to ensure effective public private partnerships {PPPs) and
critically discuss the barriers to successful PPPs. Use relevant examples to substantiate your
answer.

guidelines and parameters as to the requirements of potential partners in PPP arrangements.

stakeholders involved and the difficulty in reconciling their interests and concerns. Too often
